Our Best Friends is the official NY State license plate for pet lovers. $20 of the annual fee goes directly to the Animal Population Control Fund, supporting statewide spay/neuter. The Our Best Friends image was designed by renowned artist and animal activist Peter Max at the request of the Humane Society of New York.
