Pet Costumes Mandatory! Dogs will be judged in 10 categories Hosted by Wendy and Lucky Diamond Celebrity Guest Judges include: Piper Perabo - Star of Disney's Beverly Hills Chihuahua, Beth Ostrosky, Triumph the Insult Comic Dog and many more will be announced... Triumph the Insult Comic Dog Judging the most OFFENSIVE costume! These costumes should have never been made. All the better for him to poop on! And many more special guest judges!
